Who processes the data you enter in the forms on this website, what it is used for, how long it is kept and what your rights are.
Controller

The tenders for medical equipment for the new hospital in Prešov are issued by Ústredná vojenská nemocnica SNP Ružomberok - fakultná nemocnica. We do not send it the data from the forms on this website.
What data we process and why
- Updates on consultations and tenders. Company, contact person, e-mail, phone (optional), the equipment groups you select and a note (optional). We use them only to write to you when a preliminary market consultation (PTK) is announced, a datasheet is published or a tender goes out for the groups you selected. After you send the form, you receive a confirmation e-mail.
- Datasheet download. First name, surname, e-mail, organisation (optional), purpose and the name of the downloaded file. They are used to keep a record of downloads and to contact you about the content of the datasheet if needed.
- For both forms the date, time and IP address of the submission are stored as well, so that it can be shown what was sent and when, and misuse of the form detected.
Legal basis
- Updates on consultations and tenders: the consent you give by ticking the box in the form (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by e-mail to martin.smatana@msquare.sk or by replying to any of our e-mails. Withdrawal does not affect the processing carried out before it.
- Datasheet download: the controller's legitimate interest in knowing who downloaded the datasheets and being able to contact them about their content (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this processing at any time at martin.smatana@msquare.sk.
- Date, time and IP address of the submission: legitimate interest in protecting the forms against misuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep the data
Data for updates until you withdraw your consent, the record of downloads until you object, in both cases at the latest until the procurement of medical equipment for the new hospital in Prešov is completed. Then we delete the data.
Who receives the data
We do not pass the data on to anyone or sell it; only Msquare s.r.o. works with it. These processors handle it technically on our behalf:
- WebSupport s.r.o., Bratislava: website hosting, storage of the form data and sending of e-mails.
- Google (Google Workspace): the mailbox of Msquare s.r.o., which receives the notifications from the forms. Google may also process the data outside the EU; the transfer is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU - US Data Privacy Framework.
Visiting the website and cookies
The website does not use cookies or any tools for audience measurement or advertising. The font, images and 3D model are loaded from the website's own server.
When you visit, the hosting records common technical data (IP address, time, address visited, browser type) in server logs. They are used to run and secure the website (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and we do not combine them with the form data.
Links to Tenderia, the public procurement bulletin and other websites lead to pages of other operators with their own rules.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability, the right to withdraw consent and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to martin.smatana@msquare.sk; we will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe that we process the data in breach of the rules, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.
